Jaguar is without a doubt one of the most caked Kenyan entertainers of our generation and possibly of any Kenyan generation because let’s get real, Kenyans haven’t always appreciated their entertainers who have had to contend with living in poverty for all their troubles. But not Jaguar. The lad has been making some serious moves!

 

jaguar is in the African country down under and he has been looking to purchase some real estate and his budget is said to be the range of 100 million Kenya shillings. Why? Because he is said to be looking to invest in a studio in South Africa where he can work with some top South African producers and hopefully crack the nut of going continental which still seems to elude Kenyan artists.

 

 

And why bother to rent a premises when he can just buy a house and build the studio within? Win-win if ever I saw a proactive solution.
