2 Students Confess Helping Jackton Odhiambo To Carry Chiloba’s Body In Metallic Box

Two high school students testified in the murder case of Edwin Kiptoo, also known as Chiloba, on Thursday, July 13. The students, who are cousins of the accused, Jackton Odhiambo, said that they helped Odhiambo move a metallic box from his house on January 3, 2023.

The students said that Odhiambo told them that the box contained dirty clothes, alcohol, and a puppy’s stool. They said that they had never met Chiloba before, but they had seen his photos on Odhiambo’s social media accounts.

After the students helped Odhiambo load the box into a car, he dropped them off at their home and then proceeded to Mile Tisa. He never returned.

The students’ testimony is significant because it corroborates the prosecution’s claim that Odhiambo was the last person to see Chiloba alive. The prosecution alleges that Odhiambo murdered Chiloba and then disposed of his body in a metallic box.

The case is ongoing, and Odhiambo has pleaded not guilty.
