Daddy Owen, Gidi, Mourn The Death Of Legendary Kenyan Musician Kunguru

Legendary musician Kunguru has reportedly passed on. The musician is well known for his song ‘Baby don’t go’ in tandem with Mr. Lenny

The veteran singer has been mourned by a couple of artists including gospel artist Daddy Owen and radio presenter Gidi.

Gidi, known for his show ‘Gidi na Ghost’ alongside Ghost the morning on Radio Jambo has mourned the veteran musician.

According to Gidi, the singer passed on yesterday. He  has however, not disclosed what led to the untimely death of the veteran.

Gidi expressed intense grief as he posted about the saddening news.

He took to his social media and wrote;

”RIP my friend KUNGURU ????????”

Daddy Owen also expressed grief as he mourned the death of Kunguru. He wrote;

”Sending prayers to family and friends during this difficult time. RIP Kunguru”

The singer is among the numerous legends who did not participate in music for quite a while and eventually stopped. May he rest in peace.
