Amber Ray Opens Up About Two-Year Knee Pain Journey

Kenyan socialite Amber Ray recently revealed she’s been battling knee pain for the past two years, a battle that’s taken her on a journey from initial injury to seeking professional help and finding hope for recovery.

Ray shared her story through her social media platforms, posting a video where she details her experience. “I had a knee injury 2 years back and I have been having pain on and off so I decided to seek professional help,” she explains.

The video shows Ray meeting with Dr. Sarah Konzie of Physio Plus Kenya. In the clip, Ray describes barely being able to walk when she first met Dr. Konzie, but after just three sessions, she’s already regained some mobility and is feeling optimistic about the future.

“We have 13 sessions to go and I can’t wait to see the results,” Ray says with a smile. “This was the best decision so far this year, coz our health comes first.”

This isn’t the first time Ray has spoken about her knee pain. Just weeks ago, she shared a video of herself dancing and having fun at a club in Kitui. In the caption, she revealed she briefly forgot about her injury while enjoying the moment.

“This is the only video I can get showing my outfit vizuri hapa I had completely forgotten about my knee injury nayo truth be told Kitui is a viiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiibe!‍♀️I can’t wait to comeback again ,” she wrote.

The news of Ray’s injury has sparked playful banter among her fans, with some jokingly suggesting that her ex-boyfriend, Jimal Roho Safi, should contribute to her medical bills.

While the lighthearted comments keep things entertaining, Ray’s story serves as a reminder that even amidst the glitz and glamour of social media life, everyone battles their own challenges. Her decision to openly share her health journey not only inspires others to prioritize their well-being but also fosters empathy and understanding.
