Bahati’s ‘Adhiambo’ Video Vixen Threatens To Sue Him After Unpaid Debt

Brenda Otieno, the video vixen who appeared in Bahati and Prince Indah’s hit song “Adhiambo,” has threatened to sue the singer for non-payment.

In a video shared on Instagram, Otieno said that she has been waiting for Bahati to pay her for her work on the video for over a year, but he has not yet done so. She said that she is tired of being patient and that she is now ready to take legal action.

“I’m tired of being quiet,” Otieno said. “Somebody tell Bahati that I have given him 24 hours to pay me. If he doesn’t pay me for being a video vixen in Adhiambo song, I’m going to sue him because there is a law. He is taking advantage because I am a woman.”

Otieno said that the “Adhiambo” video has over 22 million views on YouTube, and that she is owed a significant amount of money for her work. She said that she has tried to reach out to Bahati on several occasions, but he has not responded to her.

“The video has 22m views. He has never paid me up to date,” Otieno said. “If he doesn’t reach out within 24 hours and tell me when he would offer the payment, then I’ll include my lawyer in this. I’m not going to step down this time.”

It is unclear what Bahati’s response will be to Otieno’s threats. However, the situation is a reminder of the importance of paying video vixens for their work. Video vixens are often not given the same respect as other members of the creative team, and they are often taken advantage of. It is important to remember that video vixens are professionals, and they deserve to be paid for their work.
