Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz has explained why his son Dylan, whom he shares with Hamisa Mobetto, did not accompany him during his recent trip to Rwanda with his other children.

In an interview with the press, Diamond said that it is not always possible to take all of his children with him when he travels, as this would disrupt their lives. He hinted that Dylan was in school at the time of his trip to Rwanda for the Trace Awards Gala.

“Not all places are suitable for children to go, that’s why I came here alone. Sometimes you have to leave them to study,” Diamond said. “So I went to Rwanda with them, but here I came alone because the kids are in school and sometimes it’s not advisable to go with them everywhere. I will spoil them.”

Diamond’s explanation comes after he raised eyebrows by jetting into Kigali with only three of his children: Nillan, Tiffah, and Naseeb Junior. Fans had questioned Dylan’s absence after Diamond shared a video of himself with his other children at the airport.

Diamond’s decision to leave Dylan behind is understandable, given that he has a busy schedule and that traveling with young children can be challenging. However, some fans have expressed concern that Diamond is not spending enough time with all of his children.

It is important to note that Diamond has five children with four different women. While he has been praised for his co-parenting skills, he has also been criticized for not being as present in the lives of some of his children.

Ultimately, it is up to Diamond to decide how he wants to allocate his time and resources. However, it is important for him to make sure that all of his children feel loved and supported.
