Gangster shot dead by flying squad in Parklands blames his girlfriend for his death in a note found in his pocket

One of the four gangsters shot dead in Parlands on Wednesday February 28th left behind a note. The four were targeting some cash which was to be delivered to construction sites along General Mathenge road.

The gangsters were killed in an exchange of fire with flying squad officers. The Toyota station wagon the gangsters were driving was riddled with bullets from all angles.

Police recovered two pairs of Administration Police uniform, three pistols and two berrets. One of the slain robbers is suspected to be an Administration Police officer.

I’ve died finding money for her

One of the four slain robbers was carrying a note in his pocket. He indicates in the note that his girlfriend is to be blamed for his death.

The slain robber states that he was robbing people in order to support his girlfriend. Police have not publicly identified the woman.

“Should I die, ***** should be blamed for my death. I will have died finding money for her,” the note read.
