Kamene Goro Reveals She Made The First Move On DJ Bonez

Media personality Kamene Goro recently shared the story of how she met her husband, DJ Bonez, on their new YouTube channel.

Goro said that she first met Bonez when she was 25 years old, but he did not like her at first. She was the one who made the first move and started flirting with him. Goro also made sure to visit him in Mombasa almost every weekend so that they could get to know each other better.

“We started talking in the DM a lot. Alafu nikamwambia unaweza toka kwa DM uingie WhatsApp. Every weekend I was in Mombasa, there was even a time we went by road. There was even a time when I had a private plane, alafu unajua saa hizo Bonez ananiambia nini, I’m asking him what are we and he says wacha Mungu atuongoze. Hio time tushaenda hata first date, I even went and surprised him for his birthday,” she said.

Two months after they started talking, Goro surprised Bonez on his birthday. She said that she was very excited to see him, but he was a bit casual about the whole thing. When she asked him about their relationship status, he said that they had only known each other for two months and he didn’t know what to say.

Goro said that she was a bit disappointed by Bonez’s response, but she eventually understood where he was coming from. She said that she was happy to just keep getting to know him and that she wasn’t in a hurry to put a label on their relationship.

Goro and Bonez eventually got married in 2023. They are now happily married and have a son together.
