“She was born a celeb” Bahati reveals why he won’t dare keep his daughter off social media

Bahati has brushed off pressure to delete his daughter’s instagram account. The gospel singer has no regrets opening IG account for his daughter.

Critics argue that it’s not wish to expose children on social media. I mean there are all sort of freaks on social media including pedophiles.

It has become a norm for Kenyan celebrities to open Instagram account for their children the moment they are born. Some celebs like Njuguna however refuses to expose his son on social media. The comedian says his son will have his own social media account when he comes of age.

Bahati however argues that his daughter was born a celebrity and he wants her to live like one. He explains that his daughter will chose whether she wants to delete her IG account when she comes of age.

“Alizaliwa akiwa celeb she might be the most influential person in the world na tunamkazia. If she does not like it by the time she can make decisions then she can as well delete her account. though we were trying to create a foundation for her life,” said Bahati in an interview with Viusasa.
