According to a close source divulging to Mpasho, television personality Betty Kyallo is set to make her debut on TV47 soon. The insider revealed that Kyallo will be taking on the role of hosting Friday night news along with an entertainment segment reminiscent of her previous stint at Mediamax.

“She’s currently in the process of creating a promo for her upcoming show and might kick off as early as next month. She’ll specifically handle the Friday night news slot,” the source disclosed.

Betty rose to prominence as a news anchor at KTN Home before transitioning to K24. Eventually, she parted ways with the Mediamax-owned network to focus on her entrepreneurial ventures.

In recent times, Betty hinted at her return to television, playfully challenging another local TV station not to be intimidated by her comeback with a caption on her video, “See you on TV.”

During her hiatus from TV news anchoring, Betty and her siblings starred in a reality show titled ‘Kyallo Culture.’

Meanwhile, addressing rumors regarding her salon business being auctioned off, Betty responded by expressing gratitude for the support and clarifying that she has chosen to move on.

“Hey guys, I just want to express my gratitude for all the love, messages, calls, and comments. I genuinely appreciate all the support. But let me tell you,” she remarked.

“I’m doing well. I’m happier and have learned the importance of letting go. If something compromises your peace, sleep, or happiness, it’s not worth holding onto. You come home and find yourself unhappy because you’re dwelling on stressful situations.”

She concluded by saying, “I am genuinely content at this moment, and I’m thankful for all the love.”
