Vera Sidika Displeased With People Pronouncing Her Daughter’s Name Wrongly

Business woman and socialite Vera Sidika successfully gave birth to her daughter Asia Brown 6 days ago; and exuberance filled her fans after the wait-which felt like 36 months! Well, lucky for her, she got to chose the date for her daughter to be born (20th October), which is a holiday.

This was one of her reasons to opt for CS (caesarian section) method of giving birth.

Opening up on her birth chronicles via social media, the elated new mom termed the procedure as the best decision she ever made as it turned out better than she had imagined. Vera said she settled on 20th October to allow her daughter celebrate her birthday with family.

“Since elective CS allows you to select a date within a particular timeframe, I personally chose the date 20th October 2021 So she can be celebrating her birthdays from home with family since it’s a public holiday, Mashujaa day and phewx! Curfew got lifted a few hours right after she was born. Such a blessing,” she said.

Pronunciation Problem

In addition, Vera also chose one of the best names for her daughter, but seems like not everyone is getting a hand of the pronunciation. The socialite has bashed people over the latter, stating that they’d rather refer to her as Brown Junior. Filled with rage, she wrote on her Insta stories;

 ”If you have a problem with pronouncing our child’s name right, better call her Brown Junior. The kinda ridiculous pronunciations I’ve heard of Asia (continent) got me wondering if I’m living in the same world as everyone else…

”Kwani y’all didn’t study about continent Asia in school? That Y’all can’t pronounce it?”
