Luo man whose wife knifed his manhood 20 days ago dies in a freak accident in Mombasa

Stephen Ochieng Oyuga survived a brutal attack on his manhood which was perpetrated by his wife only to die in a freak accident about three weeks later.

Angel Mutuku chopped off her husband’s private part on Thursday February 16th 2017 following an early morning quarrel.

Mutuku started the squabble when she slapped her husband in the back accusing him of sleeping for too long.

Stephen survived the February 16^th attack only to die in a freak accident in Changamwe, Mombasa on Tuesday 7^th March 2017.

The deceased, who was motorbike operator, died on the spot when he hit a ditch along Port Reitz Road which is under construction.
