I have been to Machakos County for an event. I have to say that Alfred Mutua’s bid to turn it into the entertainment hubv of Kenya is a notion of sheer genius! It’s brilliant! You think not? Just Google how much money Machakos county made thanks to Masaku 7s! But there were some grey clouds threatening to rain in on the party courtesy of reports that Machakos roads are already in a state of shambles.
