Arguably some of the most popular TV anchors of our time, Larry Madowo and Lilian Muli have an enviable skill in front of Teleprompters and cameras. They have been around for a decade or so.

They worked at KTN together back then before each one of them left to try greener pastures elsewhere.

Lilian joined Citizen TV as Larry Madowo headed to Kimathi Street to work with NTV. And now it is emerging that the bonding they formed together at KTN back then is just inseparable.

Larry has shared a throwback photo of himself with Lilian and he says they were hanging out somewhere in London three years ago during the London Olympics games.

There is, however, a notable contrast between then and now, a contrast that highlights that people progress with time when good things come their way.

“I had forgotten that Lilian Muli and I hung out at the London Olympics 3 years ago. Sema kukonda,” Larry says.

Then, Larry and Lilian, despite looking sharp and contented, were more of strugglers as compared to today.

Larry was slim and shaggy. Lilian embraced her signature smile but she wasn’t as sharp as she is today. Here is the photo:
