Much touted NASA comes to life after Raila Odinga and Isaac Rutto meet in Chepalungu

It seems after a long time of sitting, empty talks, fidgeting, taking one step forward and two backward, finally much touted NASA vehicle has come to life, finally there is hope for NASA.
