Tonto Dikeh Officially Changes Name to King Tonto

Tonto Dikeh is now to be known and addressed as King Tonto.

Nollywood actres, Tonto Dikeh, has announced that she has changed her name, officially to King Tonto.

The actress, who has come to be known among social media fans by her new name, has been flying the name for a while now.

Recall that her reality show on Linda Ikeji TV is tagged, King Tonto.

Making the announcement, she showed a copy of her voter’s card whee the name, King Tonto is boldly written.

She however, announced that she is now to be called her new name.

Linda Ikeji TV Release Trailer for Tonto Dikeh’s Reality TV Show

The King Tonto reality TV show is set to air on Linda Ikeji TV.

Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh, is set to bare it all in a new reality TV show, which is billed to air exclusively on LITV.

The show, titled King Tonto, is to give a sneak peak at what it is like in the actress’ day to day life. The show will feature her life as a mother, her daily activities as well as her cosmetic surgery.

Recall that the actress was dragged to court by her ex husband over the reality show.

Court Injunction Bans Tonto Dikeh from Airing King Andre on her Reality Show; King Tonto

King Andre is not to be featured in Tonto Dikeh’s TV show pending the hearing of the originating motion.

It has been reported that Tonto Dikeh’s reality TV Show, billed to air on Linda Ikeji TV has been banned from being broadcast.

A court injunction which was said to be released on the 31st of January to this effect. The show is put on hold until hearing of the origination is complete.

It therefore bans them from airing, showing, disseminating or broadcasting, either through television, blogs or the Internet the person, name, face, image, likeness or picture of King Andre Omodayo Igo Churchill in the King Tonto Reality TV Show produced by Linda Ikeji Media

Recall that Olakunle Churchill had gone to court to stop broadcast of the show, featuring his son,King. This, according to him is because the son is still a minor and can’t make major decisions for himself. According to the lawsuit, this is to save the bot from future embarrassment and undue indecent exposure and exploitation by the mother for personal gain and fame.

Justice P. A Adekomaiya of Lagos Magistrate Court has ordered the issuance of the verdict to the parties involved. A Linda Ikeji Media copy has however been placed on the gate of her studio.

This is considered a legal victory for Olakunle Chucrchill who filled the lawsuit on behalf of his son, King Andre.
