Mavin Records sign multi-million dollar equity investment with Kupanda Capital

Don Jazzy’s record label, Mavins Record has just landed a deal with Kupanda Capital. The alliance is aimed at creating better opportunities for African Music.

According to Don Jazzy, “our mission is to grow Mavin Global into the music powerhouse of Africa. By collaborating with artists, African creatives, local and international partners, we can become a globally recognized household name and the go-to platform for connecting African music with the world.”

 

Mavin Records Fainted, Pray for our Recovery- Don Jazzy Tells Concerned Follower

For quite some time now, Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records have seized to be at the top of the chart as they used to. It is for this reason that a concerned follower took to Twitter to ask the music boss if the label is dead. According to the follower, all the label’s top singers are leaving. They only have the learners remaining at the record label, he said.

In response, the singer quite confirmed the followers fears, but was able to calm his nerves as he noted that things ain’t as bad as the follower thought.

Responding to the tweet, the music boss confirmed that there is actually something wrong with the label. He however noted that the label isn’t dead yet. On the contrary, the label only fainted, which is normal. He therefore asked the follower to pray for its revival if he can.
