Ex beauty queen and former Nollywood actress, Regina Askia, has taken to Instagram to celebrate her daughter, Teesa, who just turned 17.
The 17 year old is one of the actress’s three children and shared a striking semblance with her mother.
Having been on the screens for years, the actress relocated to the United States. She is now domiciled in the States with her family and works as a health worker.

Former Nollywood sensation, who was also a model that served as Miss Nigeria in the year 1990, Regina Askia, has told her fans that she does not regret leaving the movie industry.
This was in a question and answer session with her fans on Instagram. Regina who moved to the United States, now works as a family nurse practitioner.
Asked by a fan if she has regrets leaving the Nigerian movie industry, the nurse noted that she doesn’t regret it. According to her, she is content with having a real career. Her career feeds her body and soul, she said.
Regina studied at the University of Lagos College of Medicine, where she was crowned Miss Unilag. She however left the country to the US, to pursue her career.
Regina Askia and her two beautiful daughters are enjoying their vacation in Turks and Caicos island. They have been sharing photos and videos on Instagram.
