President Uhuru Donates 500K For Baby Fidelis Muthoni’s Head Surgery In Canada

President Uhuru Kenyatta has once again shown his soft and humane side by offering to offset the traveling money Baby Fidels Muthoni needs to get to Canada for surgery.

The head of state was touched by the toddler’s story after it emerged that money Kenyans had raised for her medication had been siphoned by one Alejandro Wanjau who disappeared with the 2.8M shillings.

Wanjau was arrested yesterday at the ABC Place in Westlands, Nairobi, after he was lured to the place by one of the concerned people.

The con is expected to be arraigned in court to face charges related to fraud.

President Uhuru donated Kshs.500,000 while Muranga governor Mwangi Wairia donated Kshs. 300,000.

The little baby’s parents are expected to leave for Canada to beat the deadline set by doctors who volunteered to treat her free of charge.
