Report: It Was Pastor James Ng’ang’a Who Caused The Accident That Killed Mercy Njeri At Limuru

A team set up to investigate the cause of the accident that killed a person in Limuru last week has concluded that it was Pastor James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism Church who was driving the Range Rover.

In a report submitted to the IG, Pastor Ng’ang’a has been mentioned, with three key witnesses saying they personally saw the pastor get out of the car and into another one before he fled the scene. One of the eye witnesses even says he called out his name but the pastor ignored him.

The report greatly contradicts what police officers at Tigoni Police Station in Limuru said about the accident and the person who caused it.

The Tigoni Police never bothered to record statements from the witnesses, reports NTV.

The report also reveals that there was a plain cloth police officer who was directing traffic after the accident. It is believed the officer was protecting Pastor James Ng’ang’a.

According to the report, official records at Tigoni Police station may have been altered. The range rover was released just hours after the accident contrary to what happens to detained vehicles which require days to complete inspection.

The issue of the number plate of the car, the insurance and the details of the car are very questionable according to the report.

All eyes are now on the Inspector General of Police as Kenyans wait to see what he will do next.
