Chad da Don speaks up after his breakup with Kelly Khumalo

Chad da has finally opened up following his split from Kelly Khumalo.

The rapper spoke up on the break up in an Interview with the Drum

We split up but there are no bad vibes,” confirmed, adding: “Her husband-to-be is out there somewhere and I will also find my wife one day.”

He says: “I’ve been through a lot and Kelly’s love was medicinal.”  The rapper has nothing but praise for his ex-girlfriend, and stresses that “things just didn’t work out and it’s all God’s will.”

“We’re just different people with different beliefs. My heart feels sore but there is no pain God cannot cure. Kelly and I had a good run. We were blessed with a great time but now it’s over,” Chad continues.

Speaking about what he’ll do with the tattoo of Kelly’s initials now that their relationship is over, Chad said: “I’ll probably merge them into Bible scripture like the rest of my tattoos, who knows?”

Theirs was a whirlwind romance. Kelly Khumalo and Chad Da Don became the country’s favorite couple, and were reportedly engaged.

At some point, kelly took offence with a publication, terming it as racist. At the time she wrote: “I can’t help but feel that this headline is very racist, who still sees colour in this day and age? It could have ended with Kelly finds love but no you dirty mother f**** had to take it that far! I warned but you didn’t listen, I’m so coming 4 u even 4 the old sh*** you’ve written.”

A couple of weeks ago however, both Kelly and Chad deleted each others photos on social media prompting fans to believe that they have broken up.

In an interview with Drum, Chad talked about his relationship with Kelly saying she was the best thing to ever happen to him.

Chad da Don took to Instagram to wish his fans and followers a happy New Year. He shared the message with a photo from the day he first met Kelly Khumalo.

His caption read: “This was the day I Met Her for the first time. Happy New Years From My Wife and I 2019 is our Year Babe! [sic]”

Chad and Kelly are rumored to have gotten married in December. This however remains unclear as the two have not come out to make an official announcement about their relationship.

They have been showing us just how much they are in love with each other through the social media posts they make.

On their Instagram bios, they have both included each other’s initials next to a ring emoji.

When wishing his fans a Happy New Year Chad da Don shared a photo from the day he first met Kelly Khumalo.

He captioned the photo: “This was the day I Met Her for the first time. Happy New Years From My Wife and I 2019 is our Year Babe! [sic]”

The couple, who are rumoured to have gotten married in December, is yet to make an official announcement about their relationship.

Both have updated their Instagram bios to include each other’s initials next to a ring emoji, but have been playing coy when questioned by the media.

Kelly Khumalo and Chad da Don are engaged

Kelly Khumalo has announced to her fans that she’s engaged to Chad Da Don.

Instead of a diamond rock on her finger, the couple opted to tattoo each other’s initials on their ring finger.

The couple were first linked together when Chad appeared as the love interest in Kelly,s single Dance Comigo.

They have since been inseparable often seen together in public.

Kelly Khumalo hits back at racist Magazine

Singer Kelly Khumalo isn’t here for a magazine labelling her boyfriend rapper Chad da Don, an  “umlungu” (an isiZulu term for a white person).

The cover of the latest Move magazine has the couple with the headline: From shooting a music video to falling in love? Singer hasn’t given up on love and has a new man… KELLY KHUMALO MADLY IN LOVE WITH UMLUNGU.

Khumalo took to Twitter to raise her disappointment with the magazine

“I can’t help but feel this headline is very racist, who still sees colour in this day and age, It could have ended with Kelly finds love but no you dirty mother f***** had to take it that far! I warned but you didn’t listen, I’m so coming 4 u even 4 the old s****you’ve written!; she said

 The magazine later issued an apology stating that they did it on a light note.

Kelly Khumalo and Chad Da Don posted loved-up snaps from the music video of their song, Dance Comigo.

Weeks after the public thought the photos were all a PR stunt, they have not left each other’s side.

Both Kelly and Chad went on a romantic getaway to celebrate her birthday. The two even refer to each other as king and queen.

It is not clear whether the two are an item, but even if they are not, they continue to serve goals.

Kelly Khumalo and Chad Da Don have teamed up for an amazing collabo. The two have released images from the music video, Dance Comigo, and without a doubt, it is lit.

In a series of posts on social media, Chad is seen wearing a pair of black pants with no shirt, thus showing off his abs and tattoos.

Kelly and Chad even lock lips in one of the photos.

We can therefore only wait for what the video has in store for us.
