Watch KO new music video Mission Statement 2 (MS2)

K.O abandons his usual laidback street style for a more dapper look in the visuals for his track MS2 (Mission Statement 2).

The video for the song, a sequel to his hit track Mission Statement off his debut solo album Skhanda Republic, sees K.O rapping about ‘money, power and respect’ through downtown Johannesburg.

Along with Ofentse Mwase Films, the rapper was able to shoot the video in just one take.

“Ofentse Mwase Films and myself were able to come up with the concept. We wanted to use one single aerial shot, using a drone where the camera descends all the way down to shoulder level all in one sequence. We choreographed the video in such a way that, as soon as the director said ‘action!’, I would perform the whole track. The drone was programmed in such a way that it was able to capture all the choreography from the beginning to the end. I really always want to do something different,” K.O said in a press statement.
