#SomeoneTellCNN: Did CNN Intend To Mock Kenya Ahead Of Obama Visit? This Is What They Called Our Country (Photo)

Kenya is hosting the leader of the free world who is also believed to be the most powerful man on earth as from Friday afternoon.

It is a once in a lifetime opportunity that all of us are relishing because Obama’s visit will be the first ever by a sitting US President.

Ahead of the visit, though, much has been said about Kenya. And the latest is this from CNN, an international media house which called Kenya a terror hotbed.

Their headline was drawn from the fact that Kenya has faced a spate of attacks lately from the Somalia Al Shabaab terror group, the deadliest being the massacre of 148 Kenyans, majority of them students from Garissa University College in April.

And ahead of the Obama visit, focus has been on this country and its security, considering that the US has been helping Kenya to fight terror activities that have threatened tourism and other sectors that are a backbone of this country’s economy.

CNN’s headline also read that there are security fears as Obama heads this way and also a possible terror threat after Obama’s itinerary was leaked by a top official.

The big question here is: Is Kenya a terror hotbed? Is this a mockery or CNN is facing facts as they are?
