This past weekend singer Akothee was up and down with her busy schedule but what caught many people’s attention is that she spared some time to visit Shimo La Tewa Women’s Prison women’s prison to inspire and entertain fellow women serving time.
Akothee has been on the forefront line fighting for women’s right and her visit to the prison was just another way to show that she was committed to inspire and educate women who are in need of knowledge and encouragement to face each day with no fear.
In one picture Akothee is seen getting down with the excited ladies and in another image, the benefactor hit maker is spotted carrying an infant who is being raised in the prison environment since the mother is an inmate. Akothee goes on to write a captivating caption that left many women including Huddah Monroe inspired by the powerful message. She wrote,
