Terminal cancer patient Abdiaziz Aden whose death wish was to travel to Mecca buried in Langata after passing on early Sunday morning (Photos)

Kenyans responded and financed Abdiaziz Aden’s trip to Mecca after he sent a video from India while undergoing cancer treatment.

Aden became a sensation in September 2016 after it was revealed that had up to December 2016 to live.

The 23-year-old, whose death wish was to travel to Mecca for the Hajj pilgrimage, was granted his wish after Kenyans donated to finance his trip to Saudi Arabia.

Aden finally passed on in the early hours of Sunday morning February 19^th, he outlived doctors’ expectations by a month.

His body was taken to Masjid Noor mosque in South C for prayers before he was buried at Langata Cemetery the same day, according Islamic funeral rites.
