She first fully came into the limelight when she joined Q FM where she formed a formidable partnership with the ever hilarious yet entertaining Cleophas Awinja, he of the Papa Shirandula show where he did wonders with Jalang’o before they left for other options.

But even before she joined Q FM, Massawe was a happy wife to one Tom Japanni, a man who would later be entrusted with the powers to lead Standard Group’s Radio Maisha.

It is 8 years ago since the two tied the knot in a colourful ceremony and Massawe, knowing better it is not Thursday, cannot wait to declare her undying life for the man she says she has known for 13 years.
