This Is The Man Who Flew All The Way From Atlanta, US, To Tender CNN’s Apology To Kenya (Photos)

 

Finally, Cable News Network (CNN) has put its ego aside and eaten a humble pie after referring to Kenya as a Hotbed of Terror ahead of President Obama’s visit to the country.

The American media house angered many Kenyans with the headline, prompting a massive attack on social media under the viral hash tag #SomeoneTellCNN.

The Kenyan government went ahead to cancel an advertising deal it had struck with CNN after they failed to apologise to Kenyans for lying to the world that Kenya is not safe.

And now CNN has flown in its global Executive Vice President and Managing Director, Tony Maddox to apologise to Kenya and its people.
