Kiwujjo is yet another song off Desire’s ‘Transition’ album which is poised to be the songstress’ last secular music album before she completely shifts to doing gospel music.

Desire Luzinda Announces her Exit from Music
After almost 10 years of making music, desire Luzinda has announced that she will be exiting from her Music Career.
Luzinda started making around 2009 after her TV stint on WBS with Moses chopper on a program called weekender.
This doesnot comes as a surprise for many Ugandans as hse has been off the scene for a while. She has only ressurected on social media to show off her US travels with daughter Michelle.
In her career, she has released a number of hit songs that include, “Mubiite”, “Nina Omwami”, “Naye nga lwaki”, “Guntawanya”, “Nyumirwa Nyo”, “Fitting”, among others.
She has also had her fair share of controversies with famous flings with Seya and other bigshot politicians. They were said to be funding her lifestyle expenses.
Also the paternity of her daughter has been bounced around on the guys she has dated.
The biggest was the release of her nudes that got her attention from as far as BBC. It may also have pushed her career foward as she got more bookings.
She is set to release her final Album “Transition” by end of September.
New couple Alert: Desire Luzinda and Hanson Baliruno Inseparable
Musicians Desire Luzinda and Hanson Baliruno have become inseparable.
“On most Sundays, they go out together especially in places that are not crowded. They drink, and retreat to hotel rooms, or sometimes Desire’s home,” says a source.
The two were first sighted together at the Abryanz Fashion Awards show in December last year. They are said to have booked into a room for a weekend at Serena together but Luzinda denied the claims.
Baliruno is loaded and it is his money that has Desire falling over heels.

Desire Luzinda has been off the music scene for a while. The most of her we have seen is on social media vacationing with her daughter. As it seems, the time away may have paid off.
The song “maanyi gamukyala” is an Afro beat up tempo song of praise to mothers and women in general.
The video features Leila kachapizo a famed comedienne as the centre of interest depicting a woman and more importantly a mother’s struggle in raising her child.
