Unforgettable-French Montana Hits 6x Platinum

The world may have forgotten, but Unforgettable is still climbing charts. According to a post shared by the Triplets Ghetto Kids and French Montana, the hit has reached 6x platinum. The song, done by French and Swae Lee, features our talented Ghetto kids doing their thing in the music Video. This caught the attention of many all over the world, leading to billions of downloads of the song. French has received  a music certificate indicating that he has reached millions of unit sales on the record.

Triplets Ghetto Kids charm Revellers at Canada Music Festival

BET Award winner Eddy Kenzo and the Triplets Ghetto Kids performed at the Woodbine Beach in Canada at Afrofest‘s 30th anniversary on Sunday 9th July 2018. This was the first time they were appearing at the music festival, and they left a mark.

Uganda must be proud of the combination between Eddy Kenzo and the Triplets Ghetto Kids (TGK). Ever since the two music powerhouses combined, great things have been achieved together and it seems like the sky is the limit for these two brands.

Eddy Kenzo was booked for the Afrofest and he has always traveled with the TGK as his backup dancers. The dance group made up of three girls and six boys were excited to be performing at the festival and they could not wait to show their magic dance strokes.

Afrofest is one of the largest free African music festivals in North America. Peter Toh, the president of Music Africa, booked artists from all over Africa and Toronto to perform at this year’s festival.

The Ghetto kids have indeed seen the bright side of the world pour in front of them. From a simple appearance in Sitya Loss video, that earned Eddy Kenzo an award. They then became an inspiration fro many young children who wanted to pursue their dreams. International singer, French Montana spotted the team, and flew all the way to Uganda to have them feature in his video, unforgettable. This struck the attention of millions, and the song hit top in various music charts around the US. The Ghetto Kids have since then featured on magazine covers, hosted on many TV shows, and performed live, at the BET awards 2017.

Our Very Own Ghetto Kids Hosted on BBC News

The Triplets Ghetto Kids are not yet giving up on the fame arena. Their dance has done alot for them, more than many major artistes in the country. On top of the great publicity they have been receiving from 2017 to the beginning of this year, they are at it again. The talented award winning dancer were this week hosted on BBC News. This makes them the first African celebrities to be hosted on the show, Whats New. The boasted about this, as they shared the News with their fans;

Young People Who Have Arrived

Being young, and having accomplished alot of things that not many of your age mates have not, is something worth celebrating. These people have arrived!

1. Phiona Muteesi. She is young, and was not really blessed like many of her peers.

This lady, born in 1996 is not only a chess champion, but currently has a 2012 book and 2016 movie, “Queen of Katwe”, acted about her. This movie has and will be watched by many around the world.

2. Sheila Gashumba. Ofcourse you knew this name was coming. She started appearing on TV at as young as 10 years old.

Right now, she has a designer lable, Gash Glam, has been an emcee for various events, TV host, and met with some of the biggest artists in Africa. She has also won several awards. She also covered the recent BET awards and had the red carpet pass.

3. Triplets Ghetto Kids. We have already said alot about these kids but cannot say enough. This is evidence of the heights to which talent can lift you.

These famous sitya loss dancers have already met and hangout qoth one of the biggest names in the music industry. They have featured in his video and performed it on the BET 2017 stage. They also just won an AFRIMA award as best dancers.

4. Mugume Canary. Well it cannot be girl power all the way. Check out Mugume. He is young, a model, TV host, writer and fashion blogger. On top of that, he is also a model and has done alot of freelance, runway and advert features.

He was also nominated for an Abraynz award back in 2014. Currently, Mugume does all the above professions at once without even flinching.

5. King Oyo. The King of Tooro Kingdom, Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV was born on April 1 1992. He rules a kingdom of over two million people, and was crowned when he was less than four years of age.

This means that the young and handsome king has made ot to the guiness book of world records as the youngest king ever. Imagine havi g body guards, subjects and escorts. wow
