VJ Junior Meets the First Secretary at The Embassy of Sweden, Lands New Gig
Comedy is in born. Someone grows up with it in their blood. VJ Junior is one of them. This man can make you watch a movie over and over again without getting tired. His translations give you feel of what was acted far and beyond, in our Ugandan setting. He recently met with the First Secretary of the Embassy of Sweden. We got to know this from his social media post, in which he communicated the purpose of this meet up.

“It was a pleasure today evening meeting with the First Secretary/Head of Administration of the Embassy of Sweden in Kampala Mr Samuel Sandberg Bremell.
Sweden has a joint venture between different European missions and the EU Delegation such as The European Union and the British Council dubbed the Euro-Uganda Film Festival which will take place this Thursday 14th June 2018, 6pm at Kira Road Football Grounds in Kamwokya Kampala.
They want to provide a platform that will showcase the cultural Heritage of Europe and Uganda through Film, to a Ugandan audience thus head hunting me to live “vee-jay” that movie for a much more entertainment to the targeted audience.”
A BIGGER OPPORTUNITY PRESENTS ITSELF
“On the other hand me (President) and our General Secretary at AFPUL(Association Of Film Practitioners Uganda Ltd) Mr Frank Ntambi took this opportunity to present our proposal to Mr Sandberg. He will present this to the European Union on how best our Ugandan Film industry can get their necessary assistance that can improve on the standards of our movie Sector. He was indeed so positive on our submissions thus promising to do all what is required to see this go through.”
