Wema Sepetu back in court but she only got bad news

Wema Sepetu was released from central police station in Dar Es Salaam on February 6th after spending 6 nights in police custody.

The former Miss Tanzania was arrested after she was found with a stash of weed in her house during a raid by the police.

She was first arraigned in court on February 6th alongside other Tanzanian celebrities who were accused of using drugs.

Wema returned to the courthouse in Dar Es Salaam yesterday February 22nd hoping her case will be concluded but instead she was slapped with bad news.

Wema Sepetu leaves the courthouse in Dar Es Salaam, she was accompanied by her former manager Martin Kandinda.

The prosecution asked the court to be given more time so that they could conclude their investigation on the accused.

The court granted the prosecution their request and set 15 March 2017 as the date when Wema Sepetu’s case will be heard again.

Probably the court will determine the case on 15th March and Wema will get to know whether she will be going to prison or she will be free.
