Why Former CS Anne Waiguru Is Suing Machakos And Kakamega Senators .

Former Devolution Cabinet Secretary, Anne Waiguru, has decided to hit back at those who are ‘responsible’ for her downfall.

Waiguru stepped down following persistent pressure from the opposition and other entities that desperately wanted her out.

Apparently the ex Devolution CS was utilizing her time after resigning, to strategize on plans to make those who mauled her reputation pay for their sins.

The first victims of Waiguru’s pursuit for vengeance are Kakamega Senator Boni Khalwale and his Machakos counterpart Johnson Muthama.

Waiguru filed court papers yesterday suing the two Senators for implying the President had given her Kes 25 billion when teaching in public schools had been paralyzed by striking teachers who demanded pay hike.

But that’s not all, remember the infamous statement that Muthama made during Cord rally at Uhuru Park last year on September?

For starters, Muthama intimated the ex devolution CS was the President’s side dish. And now Waiguru wants him to pay for his defamatory utterances.

The former Devolution CS says the Senator portrayed her as corrupt, unfit for public office and a woman of loose morals.
