Why The Entire Nairobi Has Been Hit By A Complete Electricity Blackout.

Nairobi resident are grappling with a serious power blackout that started at 4.30 pm this evening.

 The Blackout was caused by a breakdown at the Juja power station that serves major parts of Nairobi and the surrounding central area.  In a statement to their customers Kenya  power has addressed the issue saying:

“Our technical teams are working to rectify the situation and restore supply to the affected. We highly regret the inconveniences to our customers.”

The black out has also affected parts of Coast and Mt .Kenya.
