Bahati aims to repeat Cassper Nyovest’s feat after the rapper filled 94,000-seat world cup stadium

Cassper Nyovest became the first South African hip-hop artists to ever fill a world cup stadium. The rapper’s concert at FNB Stadium made headlines across the globe.

First National Bank Stadium (FNB Stadium) also known as Soccer City and The Calabash has a seating capacity of 94,736 people.

FNB stadium hosted the first and final matches of the 2010 world cup in South Africa. Cassper Nyovest managed to get 68,000 fans to turn up for his concert at FNB stadium on Saturday December 2nd.

The South African rapper didn’t fill FNB stadium to capacity but the 68k people who turned up for his gig made him receive standing ovation.

Bahati is slatted to perform at Thika stadium on December 31st. The ‘Ndogo Ndogo’ singer has been asking his fans to turn up in large numbers to fill Thika stadium.
