“It’s the work of  a big fish” DJ Kalonje speaks about the demolition of his multi-million shillings studio 

George Waweru popularly known as DJ Kalonje suffered losses after his property was destroyed. Goons armed with crude weapons summarily evicted the mix master.

DJ Kalonje’s multi-million shillings studio was reduced to rubble by the goons. The demolition squad flattened the house of DJ Kalonje’s father under unclear circumstance.

Kalonje’s studio which was located within his father’s home which was looted by the demolition squad. The goons flattened all structures within the compound in a matter of minutes.

Where is the justice in Kenya?

Kalonje says the goons threatened and harassed his father during the demolition. He explains that they were not served with any eviction notice prior to the demolition.

The Mix Masters Entertainment CEO states that someone in high office ordered the demolition of his father’s home. Kalonje says his entire life investment went down the drain in the destruction.

“Came to work and found this, Imagine coming to work & finding armed goons having invaded your office breaking windows doors partitions &looting your hard earned stock & equipment! These people shoving your old man as he is defending property..our life’s work gone in one day just because a big fish can afford to demolish property to force people to the ground so that they cant get their rights! No notice, no tenants rights. Where is the justice in Kenya? said DJ Kalonje.
