Jalang’o: Gospel artists should know I won’t apologize

Gospel singer Size 8 came out to defend the gospel battalion recently after radio presenter Jalang’o trashed their songs insisting they lack content.

“Content hakuna hata kidogo,” said Jalas in a clip that trolled the singers. Size 8 took it to heart and fired back claiming that true worshipers understand the messages in the songs.

“Jalang’o should not judge people with a few songs because ours is the biggest music industry, and I believe every song has a message. Everyone sings differently, thus it would be wrong to judge them with their content.” she said.

It seems Jalang’o doesn’t care much about what she said and is convinced that the gospel industry needs thorough auditing. He also wanted her to know that no apology will be coming her way any time soon.

Speaking to his co-host Jeff Koinange, Jalang’o said: “I’m under fire, they are up in arms.”

“Are they asking for your apology?” Jeff asked to which Jalas replied with “Apology? Me?” before laughing hysterically indicating that he will not apologise.

Jalas then went on to add “Size 8 has come out saying I shouldn’t judge people, I should fast, and I don’t know do what. She talked and talked. And you know Size 8 is a very good friend of mine, very good friend. I don’t know why she herself would come out strongly to condemn me.”
