Loise Kim’s heartfelt message to gospel hit-maker Dennis Mutara after grisly road accident (Photos)

Kenya has lost some of its most talented creatives in road accidents so bad, that left behind complete write-off cars and family and friends with voids never to be filled.

We talk of deaths like that of E-Sir, talk of Ayeiya’s fatal car crush last year that the creative industry is still trying to come to terms with, talk of De Matthew’s death…the list goes on and on and it has left behind a dark cloud hanging over our heads.

Just Saturday, August 8, renowned vernacular gospel artist Dennis Mutara got involved in a horrific road accident that saw him live to count his blessings after he walked out seemingly unscathed.

Dennis Mutara sustains minor arm injuries

An impact that ripped off his saloon car’s entire front, front tires out, nothing but him who sustained minor arm injuries.

Sources indicate the artist’s car rammed on the side rails with heavy impact near Maragua, Murang’a county, forcing his car to roll several times before striking a ditch that enabled him to then walk out alive.

Kenyans and the gospel fraternity swarmed social media with heartfelt messages, messages of comfort and gratitude to God for having saved such a talent.

Renowned Kikuyu Gospel singer, Loise Kim took to her Facebook page to express:

Oh God, thank you for saving Dennis Mutara.

Mr Mutara is popularly known for his Kikuyu love songs that are a sensation during weddings.

His grisly road accident comes barely a year after the gospel industry painfully lost one of its best talents, John De Matthew in a fatal road accident in August 2019.
