Rebuked “Pigwa Shoka” singers apologize then anger Kenyans even more with new comments 

The kids behind viral controversial song “Pigwa Shoka” have come out to offer an apology after Kenyans demanded the song banned and for them to be arrested.

Multiple parties have come out petitioning both media regulatory body, KFCB and You Tube to make a prompt move and ban the irritating youth jams.

In a statement released on social media, Sheddy Empire group said they were sorry to Ivy Wangechi’s family who was killed by his boyfriend.

Surprisingly, they said that the new song has nothing to do with killing anyone.

“It has nothing to do with death. It refers to intimacy in our context. It also advises people to leave if the relationship is becoming toxic,” one of the musicians said. 

Violence

They further angered Kenyans by claiming that the new song was meant to show how the society is.

“We are not promoting violence. We just wanted to show people what happens in the society and to tell men to stop killing our women. Our timing was bad, but we had the idea two months ago,” the group said.
