Esther Arunga’s husband pleads guilty of son’s death

At his Kallangur house in Australia’s north-east, Quincy Zuma Wambitta Timberlake pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of his three-year-old son, Sinclair.

Esther Arunga, a former TV star, is wed to Timberlake. On Tuesday, he pleaded guilty to the less serious crime of manslaughter. This week, His was slated to go on trial in the Brisbane Supreme Court.

This plea was accepted by the prosecution, who then dropped the murder accusation. Following this choice, the trial was abandoned.

Despite paramedics’ best efforts in 2014, baby Sinclair unfortunately perished.

Timberlake told the investigators that his son had fallen down the stairs and died after becoming unable to breathe.

Later, Arunga told the authorities that her husband had punched the youngster in the stomach and thrown him against a wall, physically abusing him.

She attempted to mislead the authorities about her husband’s involvement, which resulted in her being found guilty of being an accessory to the boy’s manslaughter.

Due to his belief that his son was controlled by extraterrestrial creatures living in his stomach, the former Kenyan presidential candidate publicly admitted that he was responsible for his son’s death.

It was made known that Timberlake had schizophrenia and psychosis during pre-trial proceedings.

September 29 has been set aside for the sentence.

Joseph Hellon gloats about Esther Arunga media success, claims it as his win

Renowned preacher and musician Joseph Hellon has opened up about the turbulent times his church faced in 2010 when former KTN anchor Esther Arunga left her job to become fully engaged in his ministry.

In a recent interview on the Iko Nini Podcast, Hellon addressed inquiries about accountability for Arunga’s unfortunate trajectory during her time in his church.

“I take full responsibility for everything that happened to Esther Arunga while she was under my ministry,” Hellon said. “I was her spiritual leader, and I should have done more to protect her.”

Hellon said that he was initially hesitant to allow Arunga to leave her job and join his ministry. He knew that she was talented and had a bright future ahead of her, but he also believed that she had a calling to serve God.

“I felt like I was being led by God to ask her to join my ministry,” Hellon said. “I thought that she could use her gifts to reach a lot of people.”

However, Hellon said that he quickly realized that he had made a mistake. Arunga struggled to adjust to life in the church, and she soon became isolated from her friends and family.

“I should have been more aware of her needs,” Hellon said. “I should have made sure that she had a support system in place.”

Hellon said that he is still haunted by what happened to Arunga. He knows that he could have done more to help her, and he is deeply sorry for her pain.

“I hope that by speaking out, I can help other people who are in similar situations,” Hellon said. “I want them to know that they are not alone, and that there is help available.”

Arunga’s story is a cautionary tale about the dangers of blind faith. It is important to remember that even the most respected leaders can make mistakes. If you are ever in a situation where you feel like you are being taken advantage of, please reach out for help. There are people who care about you and want to protect you.

Kenyans raise 800K for children abandoned by Esther Arunga ex-husband, Quincy Timberlake

City lawyer Wahome Thuku has announced that Kenyans have raised over Sh800,000 for the three sons of Quincy Timberlake, who abandoned his wife and children in 2009 for former media personality Esther Arunga.

The three sons, Trevor, Quincy, and Cassidy, were left to fend for themselves after their mother, Rose Mweni Gideon, died in March 2022. They had been living in a one-room house in Nairobi, and Trevor had been working odd jobs to support his younger siblings.

Mr. Thuku shared the story of the Timberlake brothers on social media on August 3, 2023, and the response was overwhelming. Within days, Kenyans had donated over Sh800,000 to help the boys.

“Yesterday, I met three of the most humble humans in this city,” Mr. Thuku said in a Facebook post. “Cool, calm, composed, and very very disciplined. The Timberlake brothers. Three brothers whom the world has taught lessons at those ages. Brothers who are now stuck together for good or worse. They rise or fall together. Brothers who live in a 10×10 room, two taking a double-decker bed and the third a couch.”

Mr. Thuku said that the money will be used to provide the boys with a better place to live, to pay for their education, and to help them get back on their feet. He also said that the boys will be receiving counseling to help them cope with the trauma they have experienced.

“I am so grateful to the people of Kenya for their generosity,” Mr. Thuku said. “This money will make a real difference in the lives of these boys.”

The Timberlake brothers’ story is a reminder of the importance of family and community. It is also a reminder that even in the face of adversity, there is always hope.

Quincy Timberlake’s mother says Esther Arunga confession is all lies: Where was she all this time

Esther Arunga’s husband Quincy Timberlake is set to be imprisoned following Arunga’s recent confession that he actually killed their son in 2014 in their family home in Australia.

Appearing before court on Monday, Arunga pleaded guilty to being an accessory to manslaughter, confessing that she has been protecting her husband.

Timberlake’s mother Rosemeg Wambita, however, said that Arunga is lying just to implicate her son in the murder.

“That is a lie [Esther Arunga’s confession]. I don’t understand what she means since she is the one who said that their son did not die at the hands of her husband. Where was she all this time? This is peculiar to me . It is a lie. I don’t understand it,” said Quincy’s mother during an interview with Nation.

Not him

She went on to add that she doesn’t believe her son could do such a thing considering he was a staunch Christian.

“When it comes to death, people can change. In this case, I say no. If my son is a murderer, why did she accept to live with a killer?” Wambita lamented.

I got into depression after Esther Arunga stole my husband – Quincy Timberlake ex wife

The wife of former controversial preacher Quincy Timberlake, has shown remorse for Esther Arunga because of the direction her life took after she married Quincy.

Rose Mueni shared that she no longer holds any grudge with Arunga who disrupted her marriage.

“At first I would rage against Esther but later I came to learn how to accept things like they are. I don’t hold any grudge towards her and I pray every day for God to talk to her, because there will always be memories of her in the family as she is with my husband. God had a reason and that is why I did not react and in all that mess. Just like I pray for my enemies is the same way I pray for Esther.”,” said Rose in an interview.

Depression

She said that at first, the whole saga left her depressed but later managed to recover and move on with her life.

“After learning about his marriage to Arunga from the TV bulletin, I did not ask him about it, even when he came home and he did not explain anything.” she said.

“One day he brought me the constitution to read a part that men are allowed to marry more than one wife. From that moment I sank into depression. My children had started performing poorly in school as well. It was hard for me to explain to them why their dad was no longer living with us.”

Their communication ended when Quincy moved to Australia, and she does not miss him.

“I used to call him but not to ask him about his life. But like a dad he knew he had left a gap somewhere. He could come to provide for his children but he cut communication when he went to Australia,” she said.

“I do not miss him but the kids do miss him as their dad because they loved him.”

Her in laws, she added, don’t help raise the kids.

“My mother-in-law and I no longer talk, and even before I broke up with Timberlake, we were not so close. I approached her on how to bring up the kids, but she was so negative and she did not want me to be part of her life so I have been taking care of them.”

“When the kid died it was said did something to him” Rose Mueni speaks about the death of Esther Arunga’s son

Controversial Kenyan couple of Quincy Timberlake and Esther Arunga lost their son Sinclair Timberlake in bizarre circumstances in June 2014.

Quincy murdered his three-year-old son to exorcise “aliens and demons”. He was arrested and locked up in a mental facility in Australia after the death.

Quincy’s former wife Rose Mueni has come out to talk about how the controversy surrounding her ex husband relationship with Esther Arunga affected her life.

Speaking during an interview on Ebru TV, Rose reveals that she was blamed for Sinclair Timberlake’s death because of her ethnicity.

“Most women will not come out as strong as I did most of them are weak and so we should not judge. I was judged harshly and even after they went to Australia and their kid died it was said that lady because she is a Kamba she went and did something and their kid died. Don’t judge, get to know the root of someone’s story before you talk,” said Rose.

Shock of a lifetime

Rose further reveals that she didn’t believe news on TV about Quincy marrying Esther Arunga. She says that she thought the whole thing a just a soap opera.

“When I watched the breaking news I saw Quincy marries Esther Arunga, I didn’t believe it. I thought it was a soap coming up and couldn’t believe it.”

Esther Passaris to Team Mafasi: My daughter is not a lottery ticket

Team Mafasi were forced to put everything they were doing yesterday and run to take a look at Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris’s 22-year-old daughter who is as cute as they come.

Many then rushed online to try their luck asking Passaris who they needed to kill in order to land a date with her daughter, Kenna, who had just celebrated her birthday.

It might be me

A guy called Bernard got the Woman Representative’s attention after asking: I need coordinates to your compound, who knows, luck may make me your son-in-law.

Passaris was quick to reply, telling him that she’s not a lottery ticket.

“Hard work. Good Values and Character. Never Luck. She isn’t a lottery ticket. A beautiful soul waiting for her soul mate. Mummy has nothing to do with it. This is where #DreamsNotValid. The Science and Statistics of life are harder and tougher in real life than in the classroom,”  she said.

Esther Arunga’s former fiancé who she dumped two months to their wedding speaks out

Esther Arunga was set to marry Wilson Malaba in April 2010 but things went south. Esther and Wilson were friends for two year before the devil came in form of Quincy Timberlake and ruined everything.

Wilson and Esther got engaged after two months after they started dating. The two got the green light to date from their church pastor Joseph Hellon.

“We were friends first, for two years. Besides, I was just coming out of another relationship that did not work. We started dating in October 2009 after talking to my then pastor, Hellon, who told me that we were spiritually connected. At that point, I thought why not. We got engaged after two months of dating. Our engagement lasted four months,” Wilson Malaba said during an interview with SDE.

Quincy Timberlake ruined everything

Wilson says his fallout with Esther Arunga was catalyzed by Quincy Timberlake. He reveals that Quincy came into their lives and ruined everything.

“Quincy Timberlake! The man who claimed to be connected to Obama and Tony Blair. Esther had told me earlier that Quincy was pestering her. When I finally met him, I was disappointed. I expected a lot more from him. His grooming was pathetic. He said that he had a hotel in the Bahamas and that he would give us complimentary accommodation for our honeymoon. Esther and I both agreed that he was a fake. Our close friends did not fall for it either,” said Wilson.

Wilson further reveals that Hellon also played a role in ruining his relationship with Esther. He explains that Hellon kicked him out of church and pushed Esther to date Quincy Timberlake.

“One evening, I got a text from the pastor telling me I was no longer part of the church because I was a freemason. That did not really bother me, but I knew I had to get my fiancée out of that house. I called her and she promised to call me back.

“She did, but I didn’t want to burden her with my problems then. Esther then sent me a text saying she couldn’t wait to become Mrs Malaba! That night, I had a dream that I would be separated from Esther. The following morning when I tried calling her, she wasn’t picking my calls. Later, she sent a text accusing me of adultery and asked me to stop calling her.”

Met new woman

Wilson got in a new church and started dating Rosemary Muthoni who he married in February 2013. He asserts that marrying Esther would have been a great mistake.

“One day, I met pastor David Mathu at Java. He sat me down and made me understand that God has a reason for everything. I also met my wife, a former model, who worked for me before she moved to Boston.

“We dated for two years before tying the knot last year. I know her very well and I must admit she is the best thing that has ever happened to me. I don’t take such blessings for granted. It’s not easy to get a humble and understanding woman these days.

“She is very simple and has been supportive even in the past three years as I worked on rebuilding my company. Looking back, I think marrying Esther would have been a great mistake.”
