“It’s been weighing on my mind all week and I am taking responsibility to speak about it again. One may easily think that superstars or celebrities have it all. He went on to share his journey in a depression saying that at one point preachers claimed he was possed.

“I am a victim of depression and I’ve seen some dark times, especially with the depressive phase of the illness. My dear friend suffered in silence. Now before I go deeper into what I am about to say, please note that; this post does not in any way elaborate what actually led to the death of @realpapadennis and I do not know what led to his death.” he added.

Now, Madzayo is working with different mental organizations and is willing to help other Kenyans artists overcome. Madzayo, who is currently in UK, will be reaching everyone out to those who approach him regarding the issue and how they can go about it.

You always told me I’m “THE BEST MUM EVER”, I don’t know what I did to deserve this compliment , I jus know I did the thing that I loved the most in the world, be your mother. God surely blessed me when he gave me you. On this day I can’t help but think about other parents who’ve just lost a child.
