Timmy T Dat emotionally commemorates his late father

Kenyan rapper, Timmy T Dat, spares the day to remember his late father in an emotional post.

The ¨Kasabuni¨ hit maker lost his father just in class 7, a journey since then that has been hilly for him.

My father’s passing was traumatic, it was a big blow to my family. Life ilianza kuwa real zaidi.

Timmy is one we know for opening up about who he was before fame, something he describes as having built him to who he is today.

Having been forced to do menial jobs to put something in his tummy. Not to forget he was once a garbage collector.

Faith

However, despite all that, Timmy T Dat´s faith remains in the Catholic church having been born and raised in a staunch Catholic family.

Apparently, his late father´s wish for him was that he becomes a priest.

I was raised in a staunch Catholic family.

From day one my late father wanted me to be a priest.

As a young boy, he would make sure I attended all the three masses at our church and take notes on how they were conducted.

Unfortunately, this was not his calling nor path to take therefore ventured into what drove his energy, music.

His late father however glorified him endlessly and always put him in mind in all his endeavors.

The 16th of June remains his late dad´s birth date and even though he missed out on Father´s Day, Timmy reveals he was waiting for the world to curtain raise first.

Additionally disclosing that he is a replicate of his father especially in a photo he posted captioning:
