Watch: Massive reception for Eddy Kenzo after clinching African award

Ugandan musician, Eddy Kenzo was crowned Africa´s best entertainer during the African entertainment Awards, in the USA.

Saturday, the 19th of October 2019, the embattled baby daddy could not contain his elation after being named Africa´s best entertainer in the just concluded AEUS Awards.

Reception

Well, that was just tip of the iceberg. Back home, Uganda, carries the highest percentage of fans familiar with his music and brand.

Something pretty evident especially judging from the heroic welcome he was accorded after touching down in Uganda.

He left New York for Uganda the following day and soon after setting foot in his motherland, the streets were crowded.

Shops shut down, a massive crowd gathered, shouts and jeer that filled the air, carried the day as their beloved returned home.

This comes days after his online rant following his ex-wife´s marriage to her lover, who is a Ugandan doctor.
