Telepathy? Deputy President William Ruto Shows Up For A Meeting Only To Find The British High Commissioner Dressed Like Him.

We all have had instances of paranormal activity at some point of our lives. Maybe you were just thinking of someone dear to you and they just happened to call you; Oh hey, I was actually thinking of calling you. Or maybe you felt uneasy about something, then later found out that your mum fell sick? 

 You can call it telepathy, the ability to initiate a conversation with someone by just thinking of them. For Deputy President, William Ruto , It might have been different, but he was attending a meeting with the British High Commissioner Dr. Christian Turner only to find that the latter was wearing a tie exactly like his! 

After the meeting, the deputy president was photographed checking out the commissioners tie, intrigued that the Londoner had chosen a tie just like his.
