Former NTV anchor Edmond Nyabola lands new job at Chinese state broadcaster

Edmond Nyabola left NTV at a time when the Kimathi street-based media house is facing internal wrangles. He announced he had quit the station without revealing where he was heading.

“It has been FIVE great years with NTV Kenya (NMG). I have worked with an excellent team, learnt aplenty, grown immensely, interviewed great people and won awards. It is time, however, to move on to something else. Gutted that I am leaving a place that will forever be home to me. Maybe someday I will be back, but until then, be well,” wrote Edmond Nyabola.
