Ringtone Arrives At Kibera Law Courts For Case Against Robert Alai (Video)

Controversial gospel artist Ringtone has gone back to court to follow up on his case against controversial blogger Robert Alai; who on Monday, August 9, 2021, denied charges of causing grievous bodily harm to the musician. Alai appeared before Kibera senior principal magistrate Phillip Mutua and also denied assaulting the musician.

He was also charged with damaging Ringtone’s car and released on a Sh1 million bail or alternative cash bail of Sh300,000 last year.

The drama that escalated was seen as a kiki stunt by Ringtone; who has dismissed the claims and states that the legal process proves it was a legitimate case.

Justice Will Be Served-Ringtone

Last year, Alai was charged with causing Ringtone grievous harm and was released on a cash bail of Sh300, 000 or a Sh1 million bond. The blogger secured his freedom after compliance with the terms. The drama continued for months and slowly faded

Alex Apoko has now made a fresh application seeking to have blogger Alai charged for contempt of law.

The singer previously requested the bond earlier granted to blogger Robert over assault charges be canceled and that the blogger be jailed for a period not exceeding six months; but it all came to pass and the blogger was released on bond.

The singer is now seeking justice afresh. Watch the full video below; courtesy SPM Buzz;
