Samidoh Lashes Out At Woman Who Trolled Him After Estranged Wife Edday Announced Their Divorce

Kenyan musician Samidoh has lashed out at a woman who trolled him after his estranged wife, Edday Nderitu, publicly announced that their marriage had ended.

The woman confronted Samidoh, claiming that he had pushed his wife away.

“Mtu wakutupa bibi,” Hannah Wanjiru commented on Samidoh’s post.

Edday had said in a social media post that she had left Samidoh to “whoever needed him more,” which the woman interpreted as meaning Karen Nyamu.

Samidoh responded by referring to the woman as an “ancient creature,” homo habilis, and asked her why she was meddling in his private life.

“Hannah Wanjiru mpaka homo habilis mko Facebook? Na hujachoka kunifuata?” Samidoh hit back.

Edday Nderitu has clarified that her marriage to Samidoh is over. The mother of three, who moved to the United States with her children in May 2023, said that she was not in a polygamous marriage and that she had left her husband for “whoever needed him more.”

She explained that she had made the decision to leave Samidoh in order to protect her teenage daughter, who had been subjected to “unbelievable behavior.”

Samidoh has not commented on Edday’s statement.
