“I know you are dancing with the angels but I miss you” Big Ted shares great memories with his late friend Big Kev

Kevin Ombajo popularly known Big Kev died on July 29th after a long battle with brain cancer. Big Kev’s longtime friend Big Ted is still affected by his buddy’s death.

Big Kev underwent 13 surgeries during his seven year long battle with the benign brain tumor. The late TruBlaq Entertainment CEO was first diagnosed with the recurring tumor in 2010.

Big Kev traveled to various countries including Israel and India to seek treatment. He passed on while in hospital in Kenya and was buried on August 5th at his home in Gem, Siaya County.

I still miss you

Big Kev’s crony Big Ted is still affected by his friend’s death. The State House director of brand strategy and events shared an old video of Big Kev and him dancing at a party as he reminisced about good times with the deceased.

Talia Oyango and Kriss Darlin also commented on Big Ted’s video. The two expressed the pain they were still feeling for the lose of Big Kev.

“I always come back to this video. Hugs Ted. Rest easy Kev.” wrote Talia Oyando.

Death has yet robbed Kenyans one if their own but despite the pain and tears…the family of big Kev are actually thankful that their son, father and husband is now well rested after a few years of battling with cancer.

To celebrate his life, friends and family gathered together at the Nairobi Chapel for his memorial service. Both celebrities and common mwanainchi gathered together as they hoped to see the body of Big Kev before his final send off.

President Uhuru leads Kenyans in mourning the death of Big Kev

Popular event organizer Kevin Ombajo famously known as Big Kev succumbed to brain tumor after a long battle with the chronic disease.

Big Kev died on Saturday night at Nairobi Hospital where he had been admitted for since February this year following the recurrence of the brain tumor.

At least 10 operations had been performed on Big Kev in the past seven years to remove recurring tumor in his head. He travelled to different countries for these surgeries.

The operation performed on Big Kev in February 2017 left him with paralysis on his left side of the body, he also lost his eyesight after the operation.

Big Kev passed away on Saturday and the whole nation mourned his death. President Uhuru Kenyatta and fellow celebrities expressed their sincere condolences to the fallen event organizer.
