Former Tahidi High actress quits her TV job after confirming breakup with her husband

Jolene aka Jackie Matubia will no longer be part of TV show Chatspot aired on Switch Tv Kenya.

The mother of one announced this through her social media page where she confirming the rumors making rounds online.

From her message, Jackie Matubia also went on to thank her loyal fans for standing with her throughout her stay at the TV station. Matubia wrote;

The news comes just a day after popular journalist Edgar Obare revealed to the public that Jackie Matubia and her husband were no longer together.

According to the reports, the former couple had apparently been seeing other people on the side – something that broke off their relationship.

It is not clear as to whether co parenting has been working out for the two but the good thing is that they are both in their 4 year old daughter’s life.

Ex Tahidi High actress, Jackie Matubia has confirmed reports of her split with hubby, Nyogz, back in March 2019.

Her ex-husband, Captain Nyogz also confirmed the split. The news first struck the web after vlogger, Edgar Obare made the announcement.

Word doing the rounds is the two broke up following infidelity claims from both parties.

The actress however refuted the cheating allegations from her end. According to her, yes, she was seeing someone but that was well after their marriage was no more.

The TV personality went ahead to reveal that it had been roughly 8 months since they bid each other goodbye.

From his end, Nyogz could not understand what made their breakup ´unique´ and such a big fuss because breakups are normal.

The couple´s love flower bloomed back in 2014 and have since then had a daughter together.
