Jane Ngoiri Sworn In For Government Job

Celebrated news anchor Jane Ngoiri is over the moon after landing a government job. The appointment was done  by Attorney General Justin Muturi. In a gazette notice released on March 10, 2023 Ngoiri will serve in a seven-member Tribunal.

The HIV and AIDS Tribunal will be chaired by Carolyne while Nelson Wanyonyi Osiemo, Brian Ouko Yego, Dr Irene Njahira Mukui, Prof Walter Godfrey Jaoko and Dr Solomon Musani will serve as members

The tribunal’s responsibility is to hear and decide on complaints involving the Acts’s violation.

Taking to her social media, she expressed exuberance as she wrote;

”Today I am humbled and honored to be sworn in as a member of the HIV/AIDS Tribunal of Kenya.

I am committed to serving with integrity, compassion, and dedication as we work towards ensuring justice and fairness for all those affected by HIV/AIDS in our country.

So Help Me God”

Her appointment comes before Najma Ismail, who recently left KTN after 9 years, joined the Office of State House Spokesperson Hussein Mohammed.

Jane Ngoiri recently called it quits at NTV where she had been working for the past 10 years. Being the face of the station, Jane Ngoiri was admired by many who could not stay away during the Swahili bulletin.

However on Thursday, January 28 Jane Ngoiri got to host her last Swahili show; leaving her die hard supporters wishing she could stay longer. But since change is inevitable – Ngoiri had no option but to choose growth.

Since her departure from the popular station – Ngoiri has been sharing nothing but appreciation posts on her page; as she thanks everyone she worked with and came in her 10 years at the station.

For those who are not aware, Jane Ngoiri started her journey at NTV while still quite young.

Swahili News anchor Jane Ngoiri quits NTV!

Word making rounds on social media is that Swahili news anchor Jane Ngoiri has walked out on NTV!

This comes as a surprise to most of her fans will no longer be seeing her beautiful face on TV nor hear her flawless Swahili during the seven o’clock news.

The news revealed by a close source confirmed that Ms Ngoiri handed-in her resignation letter on Thursday, 28 January; confirming that her time at the station was now over. We however don’t know why she opted out – after years of serving the popular media house located at Nairobi CBD.

But having put her career before everything else means she may have achieved her hearts desires; and now prefers to play the role of mum to her adorable 2 year old son.

As for now, all we know is that Jane Ngoiri will no longer be part of NTV starting today hence forth.

She joins the list of Anita Raey, Sheila Mwanyigha among others who also walked out of the radio station after years of working for the popular media house.

Jane Ngoiri is among a few media personalities that have managed to keep their private lives off social media. The mother of one has however unveiled her better half.

Ngoiri loves discretion, when she gave birth to her child sometimes in July 2016 it took her over a year to unveil her son’s face to the public.

The public didn’t know her husband until recently when she also unveiled his face. The NTV anchor shared a rare photo of her family on Fathers’ Day.

Ngoiri introduced her husband Abdillahi Hussein for the first time when she celebrated him on Father’s Day. The NTV anchor says her husband is the world’s greatest father.

“Happy Happy Fathers’ Day to the Worlds’ Greatest Dad. I appreciate and celebrate you everyday. I say thank you for the sleepless nights,for being there for our Son Amir especially when I am working late. God Bless You Abdillahi Hussein,” wrote Jane Ngoiri.

Jane Ngoiri’s handsome baby boy all grown up!

TV personality Jane Ngoiri is a proud mother of one. She welcomed her first child in 2016 and as we said goodbye to 2017; the lady shared a photo of her son celebrating him for being a blessing.

The baby’s who apparently goes by the name of Amir  has not only brought joy to his mum but has given life a new meaning. Jane Ngoiri has however been keeping him on the low to avoid exposing her son to the social media life.

No more nyonyo! NTV anchor Jane Ngoiri shares photos of her now grown son

Jane Ngoiri is among a few media personalities who have managed to keep a low profile. The NTV anchor shared a photo of her son on social media after a long time.

Jane Ngoiri gave birth to her son sometimes in July 2016. Baby Amir was  born in the same month as Pierra Makena’s daughter Ricca Pokot.

No more breastfeeding

Amir is now a grown baby and his mother wants to stop breastfeeding him. Jane Ngoiri says Amir is not feeding well because he relies on her milk.

“Exactly 1 year 6 months. Time for my #HoneyPlum #KifunguaMimba to stop breastfeeding though I have enjoyed every bit of it . I would have continued but he needs to start feeding well. Any ideas of how to trick him to stop looking for nyonyo?” Jane Ngoiri wrote on social media.
