Mkubwa Fella reveals WCB is anticipating Diamond’s collabo with Alikiba

Diamond’s manager Mkubwa Fella says his boss’ collabo with Alikiba is probable. Fella reveals Diamond and Alikiba’s beef is being fueled by third parties.

Diamond and Alikiba don’t see eye to eye, they have been hostile to each other for years. But surprisingly Diamond and Alikiba were not enemies back then the ‘Waka’ hit maker was still struggling.

Some say their beef started when Diamond dethroned Alikiba to become the king of Bongo music. Alikiba couldn’t stand being toppled hence the beef.

I wish to see Diamond and Alikiba work together

Diamond’s manager Mkubwa Fella says his desire is to see his boss work with Alikiba. Speaking on Sunday during WCB unveiling of their latest signing, Mkubwa said he doesn’t even understand why Diamond and Alikiba are beefing.

“We’ve rented it” Diamond’s manager Mkubwa Fella rubbishes claims the singer bought the Kes 36 million mansion

One of Diamond’s managers Mkubwa Fella has denied claims his boss bought the new mansion that now serves as Wasafi Records headquarters.

For starters, Diamond Platnumz has three managers. Sallam SK ‘Mendez’, Babu Tale and Said Fella aka Mkubwa Fella are all Diamond’s managers.

Mkubwa Fella recently opened up about the multi-million shillings mansion that now houses Wasafi record. He revealed that Wasafi Record’s new TV and Radio stations, which will also be located in the mansion, will go on air from February.

Fella also disclosed that they would hire veteran journalists to lead the station. He says that they will employ retirees from Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation (TBC).

“Kwetu sisi hii tunaona nzuri kwa kuwa tunajua tukifungua vituo hivi ndivyo kadri tunavyozidi kuzalisha ajira na tumeamua kutumia wataalam ambao walikuwa kwenye fani hiyo ikiwemo wazee waliostaafu katika Shirika la Utangazaji (TBC) kwa ajili ya kutuongoza kwa kuwa sisi wenyewe hatuwezi,” said Mkubwa Fella during an interview with Mwananchi.

Diamond didn’t buy the mansion

Mkubwa Fella states that neither his boss or Wasafi Record purchased the mansion contrary to earlier reports online. He says that they have only rented the house.

“Hio nyumba tumekodi, tunalipa pango kwa hivyo sio nyumba ya WCB au sio mali ya Diamond Platnumz,”said Mkubwa Fella.

Diamond has rented the mansion from a tycoon who is currently serving a jail term in Tanzania. The jailed tycoon is said to have built the mansion five years ago for his young daughter born out of wedlock and no one has ever lived in it.

The mansion had been put up for rent for a whopping $1500 or Kes 154,320. Apparently the house was unoccupied for years because of the ridiculous amount they were charging for rent.

The rent was finally reduced and Diamond became the first tenant to rent it. It’s not clear how much the singer is paying for rent for the mansion.
